Legal # Refunds and withdrawal Version 1, in force from 29 October 2026 ## The short version - **14 days, full refund.** Changed your mind about Plus or Lifetime? Withdraw within 14 days of buying and you get everything back, also for the days you used. - One click: [Withdraw from contract](https://practice.graph.audio/#withdraw) in your account, or one email to [support@graph.audio](mailto:support@graph.audio). No reason needed. - After 14 days you can still cancel at any time; Plus then runs to the end of the period you paid for. This summary helps you read the policy; the numbered sections below are the full text. ## The 14-day refund 1. You can withdraw from any purchase of Plus (quarterly, yearly or Lifetime) within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. We refund the full price you paid, including tax. We do not deduct the days you used, although the law would allow us to. 2. The 14 days start on the day of the purchase, not when a trial began. The free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to withdraw from. 3. **Renewals.** If a subscription renewed and you did not mean to keep it, write to us within 14 days of the renewal and we refund that renewal in full. The law does not require this; we do it anyway. ## How to withdraw Use whichever way is easiest for you: - **In the app:** open [practice.graph.audio/#withdraw](https://practice.graph.audio/#withdraw), or your account (the button at the top right of the app, which shows your email address when you are signed in) › Manage account › **Withdraw from contract**, then confirm. You get a confirmation with the date and time right away, also by email. - **By email** to [support@graph.audio](mailto:support@graph.audio): say that you withdraw, and from which purchase (the email of your account or the Paddle order number is enough). - **By post or with the form** below. You do not have to use the form. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days end. Plus stops when the withdrawal is processed; your practice data stays on your devices and in your account, and you can download it. ## How you get your money back 1. Plus is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so the refund comes from Paddle. We pass your withdrawal to Paddle the same day, and the money goes back to the payment method you used within 14 days of your withdrawal, at no cost to you. 2. You can also ask Paddle directly at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net), where you can look up any Paddle order. Paddle’s [buyer terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and [refund policy](https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) apply to the payment; they never take away the right described here. ## After 14 days 1. You can cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal (linked from every Paddle receipt and from [your account › Manage your subscription](https://practice.graph.audio/#subscription)). No further payments are taken, and Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for; that period is not refunded. 2. You get money back after 14 days where the [terms](https://practice.graph.audio/terms) or the law say so: when Plus does not work as promised and we cannot fix it, when a change we make harms your use of a paid feature, when you do not accept changed terms, and for Lifetime if Practice Lab stops within its promised period. ## Instructions on withdrawal The model instructions the law provides, filled in for Plus. The 14-day refund above gives you at least what they describe. ### Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Graph Software s.r.o., V Hájích 341/47, 149 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 24934691, telephone +420 705 915 164, email support@graph.audio) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://practice.graph.audio/#withdraw (in the app: your account › Manage account › Withdraw from contract). If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. ### Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. ## Model withdrawal form The form the law provides.
