- Is the free version limited?
- No. Every exercise, the plan, sessions, progressions, quizzes and Transcribe are free with no time limit, no ads and no account. Nothing that is free today will move to Plus.
- How does the trial work?
- Plus starts with 14 days free, once per account. No payment details are asked for, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Nothing is locked. Practice Lab keeps working on your device with everything you have, sync pauses, and you can download everything your account holds.
- I have a subscription. Can I move to Lifetime?
- Yes. Buying Lifetime does not cancel the subscription for you, so cancel it in the customer portal linked from your receipt.
- What does Lifetime mean?
- One payment for Plus for as long as Practice Lab is offered, and at least 5 years. If Practice Lab stops sooner, you get back the part of the price for the years left.
- Why are prices shown without tax?
- VAT or sales tax depends on where you live. It is added at checkout, which shows your total before you pay.
- Who handles the payment?
- Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is made from Paddle, which handles payment, tax and invoices. You may see PADDLE.NET on your statement.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of buying. The refund policy explains how, and the right to withdraw if you live in the EU.
- Will prices change?
- If prices go down, subscribers pay the lower price from their next renewal.
